We are in our Summer hours of Monday – Saturday, 10-5 and Sunday 11-4.

We have a sob story to share. Our milk source for the past many years retired suddenly last August and left us searching for a new dedicated source.  We very thankfully found one but not until the end of March SO that is why we ask you to call rather than just order online so I can talk about what we currently have available.  While we were looking, we spent the winter making some experimental cheeses that we are happily calling Plan 9 (after Ed Wood’s magnum opus, Plan 9 from Outer Space). It’s giving us something to offer this summer while all the regular cheeses we offer have time to mature and become the cheeses we’ve all grown accustomed to. We’ve been making cheese steadily each week since, well, September, with experimental cheeses and then our signature cheeses starting in late March so the vault is full and we will have loads of cheeses this Fall/Winter season (just in time for all those Holiday parties and gift lists!).
