The summer season has officially begun this week and we are again open 7 days a week. The farmers markets started this past week and it was wonderful to see everyone who came out in the sprinkles (OK – rain) in both Polson and Kalispell. We made more curds this week and so will have all 5 flavors soon. There will be plenty of smoked curds as we are out the aged version till sometime in August. Currently all but the Hotshot in the aged cheeses are 14 months old and truly fabulous. Time is such a great thing for cheese!

Polson – Fridays 9-1, 3rd and Main, 5May – 13Oct
Kalispell – Saturdays 9-12:30, south end of the college, 6May – 14Oct
Whitefish – Tuesdays 5-7:30, south of Train Station, 30May – 26Sep
Stop by every Monday to find out where we will be, any events going on AND what cheeses we have available. Of course, any deviations that happen during the week will be found on social media – Twitter, Instagram and FB.
