“What’s going on with those cheese people?”
A few of exciting announcements:
1 We will be having an Open House for the 4th of July Weekend! Joe and I have gone back and forth on this and have decided we’d do it. Will be a little different this year. I should have the schedual posted here next Monday but you can call me sooner if you’d like to set something up as there will be specific times on some of the days. 406-883-0343
2 Bison summer sausage is back! Well, I’m down to 4 pieces at the time of this writing BUT I just ordered more (sorry, Mr Bison!!). Have the freeze-dried cherries too. If you’ve not tried them, they’re amazing! The come from Fat Robin Orchard.
3 The family sized bags of curds will be available, in natural, smoked and garlic probably through August.
4 There might be Hotshot available this week. We’ll be testing one later today to see if it’s ready.
