“What’s going on with those cheese people?”
With the madness of the summer, we have not gotten a chance to make anything but curds and feta. Which means, that last piece of Galiki I sold today is the last until we get a chance to make more. Nothing in the vault. Yow! Thankfully, the next batch of Wisp o’ Smoke will be ready by Thanksgiving. Sending out another reminder that Holiday gift boxes should be ordered sooner rather than later!

Sad to be missing everyone this coming weekend at the Made in Montana show! Stay safe and we’ll be there next year.
Ran into John today. Good Coffee Roasting Company is getting closer to the finish line and I can’t wait!
