If you didn’t notice, I fell off the weekly updates wagon. With the end of the farmers markets, we went straight into full production and are on our way to filling up the vault for next summer! We are fast becoming tired little cheese makers and plan on enjoying Thanksgiving as a full week this year – no more of this single day nonsense! Of course, the Creamery is still open Mon-Sat, 11-5 (except for Thanksgiving Day) and closed on Sunday. Our set hours through the end of April.
I’ve been working diligently on finding goodies for The Big Cheese gift box and am excited to announce we now have locally made salted caramels to offer. To temper that good news, having a heck of a time getting bison summer sausage. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-406-883-0343 for details. The Post Office is already having some time issues, so the sooner your gifts go out, the better!
