“What’s going on with those cheese people?”
First, we’re closed this Sunday, 12Sep, for a little mental maintenance, but will be back open tomorrow.
Now that all the company has gone home, we’re back in cheese making mode and will be making more curds on Tuesday.
As you’ll notice from the available cheeses below, we are mowing through the aged. To that end, want to remind everyone better to order your holiday gift boxes earlier rather than later as we might not have anything left if you wait. The next batches of Wisp o’ Smoke and Buckshot should be ready towards Thanksgiving, and we’ll start cutting Big Chai again towards the end of this month.
We will not be doing the indoor end of the season Kalispell market this year
